While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. We're only human. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

For UAE customers
If the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and the product is not defective, unused, with no visible scratches or marks observed on the product or the packaging; the product will be taken back with a Restocking Fee of a minimum of 15% or as applicable while making return or exchange. Refunds will be made to the purchase credit card account or in the form of Cazset credit/vouchers.

Any item on a discount or promotion, cannot be returned or exchanged.

For Saudi/GCC customers
If the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and the product is not defective, unused, with no visible scratches or marks observed on the product or the packaging; the product will be taken back with a Restocking Fee of a minimum of 15% or as applicable while making return or exchange. An additional shipping fee of AED/SAR 43 must be borne by the customer for the exchange.
